A Few Words About Who we are

What we had in mind while starting Mission Critical IoT was the sole intention to help bring about customer support services to IoT solution vendors and suppliers . Now we operate one of the fastest growing IoT customer experience businesses worldwide.
The founders of Mission Critical IoT also founded Mission Critical Wireless LLC.  This company, started in 2004, was dedicated to providing customer experience services on behalf of mobility solution developers and vendors. 

We built our services with the foundational mission to deliver to our clients the superior customer service they need to keep customers loyal to you and your business and earn you a reputation for being helpful and a pleasure to work with. 

Dan Croft, CO FOUNDER & CEO of Mission Critical IoT, is an experienced executive with a track record of leading innovative wireless companies. Following successful senior management roles with Centel, US Cellular, Motorola, and American Mobile Satellite, Dan founded and ran Mission Critical Wireless LLC. Dan holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Illinois.
Don Grons, CO FOUNDER & CTO of Mission Critical IoT, is a seasoned, results-driven Global Technology Leader with an exceptional blend of skills spanning business, technology, and strategy, coupled with extensive hands-on technical delivery expertise of large/complex Mobility and IoT Solutions, Operations-Management, and Infrastructure-Architectures. Don has developed invaluable expertise with a diverse customer base, which includes Fortune 500 companies around the world.
Michelle Reese, CO FOUNDER & COO of Mission Critical IoT, has worn every hat possible in her technology career of more than 25 years. She is a strong open source advocate focused on improving access and use of connected technologies in hard to reach and under-serviced places. Michelle holds a Bachelor's Degree from Valparaiso University and a Master of Science in Technology Commercialization from McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Meet Jeremy Magid our Vice-President of Client Experience

Jeremy Magid is the Vice President of Client Experience at Mission Critical IoT with more than 17 years of experience in Client Services roles, specializing in creating, improving, and successfully supporting technical organizations in the commercial and government spaces for various technologies. This includes, but is not limited to, wireless services, networking, cloud migrations and ITSM systems administration.  Jeremy has spent much of his career leading large teams, building, improving, finding efficiencies in ITSM platforms, and creating and improving processes and procedures utilizing ITIL best practices.  In his free time, Jeremy enjoys spending time traveling and creating exciting experiences with his family while implementing the vast new smart home / IoT technologies in his own home.
